The relatives of teenagers lost after a deadly inferno at a bar in a Swiss winter destination are enduring an painful wait for answers and pleading for information about their children publicly.

The fire engulfed the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the mountains of the Valais region, in the middle of the night of January 1st. Confirmed images depict the roof structure catching alight as bottles with sparklers are held aloft.

Officials have stated that it could take an extended period to identify the victims of the fire, which killed four dozen individuals and wounded another over a hundred. Officials noted on Friday that 113 of the those hurt have been identified, with work still underway to locate the remaining few.

In the waiting period, relatives have been using online platforms to appeal for clues about their loved ones who were at the bar that evening.

Desperate Searches for the Missing

The whereabouts of Swiss national Arthur Brodard, a teenager, are currently unknown, according to an public plea from his parent.
